want to know how the local computer stores in UK source their products?

Hi everyone,

I'm a student now currently doing a marketing research on the supply channel of the local computer stores in UK cities. I'm wondering if any of you who involved this industry can tell me how you usually source your product? For example, the computer or computer related stuff, like mouse or even a laptop sleeve. Would you always get them from the local distributors or have you ever thought to get them online or overseas? I'm calculating the ways that how you can source the stuff.

oh btw, I'm mainly focusing on the small or medium sized store rather than the big one.
