Will this work with my nikon d70s ?
It's for PCs, not cameras. It's a USB CF reader.
As for whether it will work.. probably, but given the size of files I'd not be getting something cheap from ebay, I'd get a unit with a bit more trust behind it - something like the Lexar USB CF reader - should be able to get from an electric/photo store.
