    Fitness tracker - waterproof

My wife has the MiFit 1s tracker, and finds it useful but limited, so I was thinking of buying her a better one for Christmas, anyone got any recommendations?

    Has to be waterproof.

Was thinking of the Fitbit Flex 2, as I believe the only other waterproof one is the Ionic, which is a bit too much cash.

I have a Xiaomi MiBand 2 which I can recommend, its cheap, works well and has a heart rate sensor, but no GPS.

We've both got the Mi Band 1s, but the missus is training for a mini-triathlon so I thought I'd get her something 'proper'. I went for the Garmin VivoFit 3, which has a battery that lasts a year. Other than that, I don't think functionality or tracking are any better than the Mi. Especially not after the twelvtieth time of hearing 'FFS! I was running, not walking!'

Forerunner 35 is a good option but quite expensive.
