    Uktvsdirect

Has anyone every heard of or used uktvsdirect.co.uk?

They have a TV i have been looking to get for the last 6 months at £500 - £800 cheaper than anywhere else.

I cannot find much information about them so that plus the low price makes me suspicious of buying from them.

I mean I could take a chance and order and pay using credit card so I have some protection but really don't want the hassle.

I wouldn't chance it. If there's that much of a price difference it sounds too good to be true.

No real identity, and domain registered a week ago. They do have a phone number and address - if you're near you could rock up and say hello Or give them a ring and see what they say in person, probably the best way to fish them out. New company, don't know what they're registered under themselves in Companies House. Personally I wouldn't.

Must be a shiny TV to be £500 - £800 cheaper than elsewhere - that's more than I'd pay for a TV!

Legally a registeed company should have its registration number somewhere on the website.

It might be one of those companies that sit on your order for a while until they get so many then order from China.....takes a long time and you can have issues.

Personally, as I can find zero feedback anywhere about the company, I would stay well clear.
