With all due respect, you've posted 20 threads asking questions you could ask in one thread and in some cases, questions a simple google could answer.

With regards to your question, it would depend on it's use / how many buttons you think you'd need / budget, etc.

I'm using the Logitech Proteus Spectrum, 11 programmable buttons, nice response time, changeable DPI on the fly, different profiles and fits my larger sized hand comfortably.
