Weird Harmony Elite remote issue

Ever since my 5yo son learnt how to use (or misuse) the Elite, my Stop button on the remote has stopped working, in every Activity. What it does instead, is force a sync/pairing of hub and remote.

I don't think this is something that could happen due to an accidental pressing of buttons, and I've tried to re-assign the button to the Stop function in all activities and devices, but after a sync, it's still trying to pair with the hub.

Anyone got any ideas? Factory reset?

And if I do a factory reset, will I have to re-set up all of my activities, or could I just re-sync them from the Windows app?

Well, the screen is now permanently sticky, but it is just the one button, I'd have thought that more buttons would have been affected if it were a chocolate-based issue...

Hold menu and off until it reboots, it will be factory reset, then resync with the harmony app and it will be back as it was. Did that to my harmony one earlier after it decided it wasn't going to turn the screen off.

Thanks, I'll give that a go tonight. And maybe clean it up a bit...

And it worked! I can now stop stuff, instead of having to pause, back,back,back enter, left, enter.
