    Vinyl / CD player combo

    Hi all,

    I've recently pre-ordered a a Vinyl / CD album collection.

As such I am after a CD / Vinyl player combo, I'm not an audio bod so I'm not too fussed about super quality, so was wondering if anyone had any recommendations?

Dont currently have a lot of space so a combo unit, rather than separate units would be ideal.

I don't really have a budget, but ideal not more than £200.

    Thanks

Please dont get a combo all in one, they are all literally rubbish.

I am rather heavily into vinyl players right now (we call em turntables ) so if you want any info on specifics gimme a shout. I do also have about 9 turntables for sale right now, plus a separates style CD player. All well within budget nHappy to ship, Im pretty good at packing !
    Cheers, David

One of those might interest me, looking to upgrade from a £35 budget turntable that's playing up.

Can only second the above, separates systems sound excellent and last forever. My main setup is 24 years old, sounds excellent and works perfectly. I do have a compact system in the bedroom, its a TEAC and thats also good and can take a turntable. Although the footprint would be similar to a separates anyway.

This doesn't get too bad reviews:
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenco-Semi-.../dp/B00O4DTDEI

Has a phono stage built and has a USB connection to a PC.

Re: Vinyl / CD player combo

    OK, here we go -

Simons GL75 is https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/193675420548 start at £100, no bids yet would pull off ebay if interested at £185
    Simons NAD 5120 £100
Simons Garrard DDQ550 £100 The white mark is superficial and (hopefully) will clean off OK.

    My AR77XB £200
My GL75 modified, really nice £275 ono
    My Trio 1033 £135

All will include a decent cartridge.

All located NN3 Northampton, priced for collection of will ship at cost. I would use Parcelforce, as they are the only ones to offer full insurance specifically on turntables !

Can do more detailed pics of any TT. Check my ebay feedback : g8ina2

    Ta, David

If interested I will make a proper classified ad with proof of ownership etc.
    Cheers, David
