    Portable/mp3 player speakers ?.

    Hello,

I have just recieved my Archos Gmini 400 mp3 player in the mail, and I'm very happy with it. But I was wondering if you guys knew of any portable speakers I could use to plug it into when I'm out with mates?

I want something with good sound quality (which is difficult for portable speakers I know) which is also cheap. I know there are a lot of the iPod speakers out on the market which look very flashy, but don't offer very good sound quality, especially at higher volumes. Does anybody have any recommendations?

    thanks

Very good sound quality (in a portable speaker) AND cheap? These things don't tend to go together in my experience - if it's cheap then there's a reason why and it's usually in the sound and/or build quality departments.

I have a Bose Soundlink Mini and I have been delighted with it but they don't make that one any more and I'm not familiar with the replacement products so cannot offer any opinion on them.
