Usb cable - JUST the cable?

As per title, for some reason i cannot for the life of me find any that isnt on AliExpress and id rather get some local, ive seen people recommend cat5 cable but id rather use cable that is ment specifically for the job, i need it to be able to connect two USB 2.0 ports so ideally the same sort of cable you see inside a pc for, well dell PCs from what ive seen where is is just one cable that houses two USBs.

So i need about 2 meters of the stuff

Nope, i just want the cable itself not the ends included, basically shielded cable used for dual usb hubs that you see in PCs but like 2 meters of the stuff (its a custom made usb hub for my monitors stand)

Can you not just buy a 3 meter USB cable and cut the ends off?

I did think about it, but i need to hook up two USBs to it instead of one, and although i could do it id rather have the dedicated cable to make sure both can run at full speed

How many wires in "USB" type cable, with that then just search for that many core type cable ?

According to https://www.electroschematics.com/usb-how-things-work/, 4, if it is version less that 3. But what about cable resistance? To long cable are unable to send a data, and send less power. So check the cable before install it.
