I think he was the best. Had a bit more realism and spy about him. Less cocky, more gritty.Originally posted by Dfhaii
Timothy Dalton (both prolly spelt wrong...) best film imo is licence to kill .

Living Daylights is still my favourite

There is only one Sir Sean

For me it's Brosnan in Die Another Day... superb
Gotta be early Connery, 60's Bond had that cold war thing going on, they look dated now but they're still cool
The point about 'Jimbo' (as our favorite CIA agent would say in recent movies) is that he has to be cocky and completely cock-sure! We don't want a Bond who has inferior complex. If Bond has to drive a car, kill someone, complete a mission or bed a woman, he has to do it with style by the bucket load... Otherwise, he's just another average spy, not our good ol' 007.Originally posted by Shorty

have to disagree tbhOriginally posted by kaillum
no.. sorry.. gotta pull you up on that one... Dalton rates as low as Lazenby, who was the all time WORST Bond EVER!!! they should at least make sure they can act before they give them the 007 title!
I really like dalton he took to the part so well and portrayed bond from a slighlty different angle. Shame he only did a couple for fear of being typecast
I agree with that thought but I just think Bond had to have a little bit of a more human side.Originally posted by spikegifted

Watching some of the original bond movies, it was anything female would instantly bed him ... lol ..come on.. he spent more time shagging than saving the world (lucky guy huh?)
Dalton had a more spyspy attitude but he still got the girls, got the car, completed the mission AND never got a hair out of place
