Snookery shot. The hand on the left is that of my neice, playing snooker... The hand on the right is her father, helping by "guiding" the cue...
But there's something not quite right about it, and I can't put my finger on it. Ideas?

My opinion on it would be (even though its a great shot) isn't that 2 different hands?!! And without the explanation you have given it may lead me to wonder more about that than what the actual image shows.
Just thoughts...

agreed. you canæt really see that the person is being tutored, just looks like they are holding the cue in a really funny way. Perhaps in context it would be ok though.

yeah, looks letter, but he is holding it all wrong.
thats how i used to hold the cue when i was little
He wasn't holding it to play, he was just supporting the cue for his daughter :/
yeah i know. I think it's a really difficult photo you've taken, it doens't seem to be right whatever way you view it, with or without the daughters hand :/
perhaps the definition of the black-ball could be sharpened.
