Seeking iconic artist for, well, icons

I need some icons for an app I'm working on, and my artistic skills are somewhere between nothing and nothing.

Normal 32x32 icons, PNG format (i.e. with transparency).

I've gotta insist they're licensed under the GNU GPL, to fit in with the program itself (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt).

The appication is a free Sony PSP management app, much like Sony's PSP Media Manager, for Windows/Linux/Mac.

I need icons for the seven tabs shown on the left of this screenshot:



Plus 16x16 versions of the Photo, Music & Video tabs (for the "type" column of the "Feeds" tab)

Plus an icon for the app itself.

Are you more concerned about them being unique or being GPL? If the latter you could look at other GPL projects and borrow from there. I assume this is allowed, i'm not that clued up on the ins and outs of the GPL license.

It's certainly allowed (and currently I'm just using some random system icons), but everyone loves a personal touch

yeah i agree, just thought i would mention it incase
