not been around much, huge project for Bridgestone needed finishing - missus was in hospital for a major op so inbetween sorting Bridgestone and the kids, haven't really had time to do much else, but did take some time off last week to see the Red Arrows

a few of these pics need tweeking - but they were edited while i was working on Bridgestone stuff, so didn't get my full attention..

Thats what i thought, very nice pics but they seem to have been spoiled by ISO800

I love #4 and 5, #4 is the pick of the bunch for me. The composition is so much better than anything I would have taken :jealous:

thanx guys - yes ISO800 was needed - i loose 2 stops of light through the tele, and then to get a sharp image i need to shoot f9 or everything looks soft

remember i've not had the time to run noise smoothing filters on these - all i've changed is curves and used the healing brush to take out the dust spot on my sensor (which i've now given a good seeing to)- and #6 looks gr8 as a 10x8" print

this is how big the aircraft look @ 200mm (320mm) from the same place

taken by my son with my 300D (manual settings) i cropped quite a bit of dead space around it to get it this large on the web..
