It will be a slow shutter speed that is used.

Which light effect are you referring to Tellys? The stream of headlights? Normally created by using a slow shutter speed (camera tripod is handy :))

shutter speed?? dont know if my ol minolta z10 has that will have to look i know it has slow

Up to 15 seconds in shutter priority mode (according to Auntie Google).

Love 1 and 4 especially, 4's a great subject to be able to photograph at night, though I wouldn't exactly say i'm jealous of it's neighbours! Good stuff

number one is good - great moody british sky - brilliant burnt orange colour brimmming through - but - ou need a wider lens cos you chopped off the end of the bridge. for me it needs the end of the bridge.

Great job. Love the car headlight effect.
