Those events are never well lit, how come the pictures came out so well?

Shots came out so well? i'd have liked to have been shooting around the 1/500 mark but i don't have a 1.8 lens

Lighting sure was poor - shooting f2.8 @ 1/250 with ISO1600 (i thought about taking it to 3200, but didn't want to risk loosing detail, who knows prehaps the next event i'll give it a go )

Trig:

The speed and force those guys were hitting each other with those sticks, i'd like to see you go up against them without padding

if i have time in the morning i'll post a couple more

If he had a stick and I didnt then I wouldnt be fighting at all, first weapons in a fight are your mouth and your feet.

I do have bruises from lastnites stick practice tho
