Re: H50 clearance question.
Here is some info for you.
Radiator dimensions:
Width:120mm
Height: 152mm
Depth: 27mm
I do not think that they will add any extra height to the radiator. Looking at the picture corsair provides the pipes seem to protrude horizontally from the radiator, or to put it differently, they do not protrude towards the top of the case.
I do have to ask though, why are you looking at the H50 over the newer H60/H80?
EDIT: My bad (Will hopefully improve as time goes on) . The pump dimensions are:
Height: 55mm
Diameter: 70mm
Cm cites that the cooler height available is 65mm.
I have no idea how flexible the pipes are, so I cannot help you in that regard I am afraid.
Re: H50 clearance question.
thanks but reread my post, it's the pump/block that I'm trying to find the size on not the rad.
I'm looking at ideas to fitting this in a coolermaster elite 120, I'm pretty sure of a good spot for the rad, it's just a question to if the block can fit as the psu is directly over the mini-itx motherboard so leaves very little clearance for a cpu cooler.
as to why the H50 over the newer h60/h80? because they can be picked up cheap 2nd hand
If I did go new I'd go with the cheap H40 anyway
Re: H50 clearance question.
The H50 pump on my other rig is around 65mm mounted on the 1156 socket and I would add another 10 to 15mm extra above for the hose deflection as they quite ridged.
