Which one to get for quietness & performance?

I have a major issue with noise!

I really can't stand having really noisy fans and I'm not sure which liquid cooler to get!

I have read up and some people advise to replace the fans that Corsair give you, but what is your opinion?

i use scythe fans very quiet even at 2k rpm ..got 6x

Noctua fans are very good great airflow and quiet a bit pricey the NF-P12 PWM also come with a low noise adapter that reduces the speed down from 1300 RPM to 900 RPM fitting a pair of these should provide more than adequate cooling provided you are not going to extremely overclock your CPU

if ya can use a push pull config on the rad .. then you can turn down fans for less noise
