H100 getting noisier and noisier.

I've had my H100 for around 8 months now. Just recently I've noticed that the sound is getting louder and more intrusive. It's a sort of whirring noise... basically it sounds like a pump (kind of obvious I know but I want to make clear that it's not the fans). It's now the loudest/most noticeable sound coming from my system. It can clearly be heard over 4x case fans. 2x HDD's and my GPU.

Is it time for an RMA?
