H100i mounting kit, double sided nut.

I've just tried to install my H100i on an Asus PT6-SE 1366 socket motherboard.
With just the double sided bolts screwed into the back plate there was a lot of play.
I was expecting this to be a tight secure fit.
Am I wrong was this supposed to be loose?
Anyway I tried to tighten the bolts further and one sheared off, leaving part of the nut in the back plate.
I see someone else had a similar issue with the H105 installation.
I have e-mailed Corsair to see if I can get a new bolt and another back plate, so i can continue with this install.
Any advise from anyone who has installed one of these would be appreciated, did you get it tight on your motherboard, or did you also have play??

There is play there with the double sided bolt. It only tightens once you install the rest

Ok thanks for clearing that up. Hope corsair can provide me with the replacement parts.

Yeah I was worried in the beginning when I first got one but there is play. Once all installed you'll see it tighten up.
Don't use a screwdriver either just your fingers. I also check the nuts every now and then

Greybeard, could you nudge Corsair on this issue. I submitted ticket 6480518 on the 15th, still no reply from customer services. I read in other posts that this is a common problem with these screws. Could I get a replacement screw and backplate.

Sorry for the late reply Revv. Just got that approved and booked. I've sent you a reply in your ticket with much more details.
