    water cooling

    Hi,

As a newbie to this forum could you tell me if it is difficult to install a water cooled system into a computer?
I have seen it in other computers but I am unsure as to what is involved.
The communities advice or guidance would be appreciated.

    Regards

Not all water cooling kits or systems are equal. While our Nautilus kit is not the top of the line, if is VERY easy to install.

    Hi,

When a kit is fitted how far can I go to increase the CPU? I know there may be a limit but I am assuming the CPU can be tweaked to improve its performance by using a water cooled system?

    Regards

There is no way to predict this really as it varies from CPU to CPU. However, keep in mind that water cooling, like air cooling, cannot cool a CPU below the ambient room temperature. So, individual environmental factors will apply also.

Is your nautalus 500 external watercooler still avalable? or has it been discontinued?

I was about to buy one from Scan, when I saw that they did not stock it any more.

At this time, the Nautilus is not discontinued. You may need to shop around to find one as at times they are in short supply.
