Makes me think i should get one. I am always breaking things. Just a minute ago i dropped a glass... lol.
The Survivor version is the ultimate in tough USB drives.
I've yet to get one of these sticks but so far they are very impressive. Can't wait for the firing range :)
Oh yes, every time I use my laptop in boiling water or while jumping out of planes, I will only use the Survivor :angst:
My 1 Gb corsair turboflash survived the washing machine XD
Now your data is nice and clean!
Remember the good old days of paper money - when you'd put your freshly laundered jeans on and find a scrunched up £5/$5/€5 in the corner of one of the pockets ?...
...now we find 1GB data modules !
:)
We will be gearing up for more testing (multiple products) soon enough - does anyone have any suggestions as to what these darling products should be subjected to next ?
Here's a brief reminder of our 'last venture out' (needs speakers)... HEXUS.tv :: Turn On Technology

Thats amazing...
Try dunking it in LN2 :o
edit: ignore me, i have the survivor
I'm guessing the rubber rings at both ends don't have any bearing on the water protection as both of mine have come away from the stick's casing just being in my pocket..
The external rings are to give you grip while twisting the drive portion into or out of the housing. In internal O-ring on the threaded portion are for water resistance.
The real question is.... WILL IT BLEND?
