That's good to know as I've got a survivor here with no casing.

God knows where the casing for it is as the drive was in my USB ports when I was moving in with the girlfriend the other month, and it's gone into the void somewhere (probably the same void which steals 1 just of each of my socks as well)

You are doomed then. I'm sure it's off in some netherworld now, never to be seen again by human eyes.

    Thanks
When you send the mail, use a very basic subject line such as Voyager or Corsair so that the SPAM filter does not harass you.

Sorry for the delay. My guess is that the SPAM filter was rejecting your original requests. We'll get those out to ASAP.

Truly excellent service in a world where its hard to find good service. I had my Cap replaced in a very short time. I say top marks to Corsair and there excellent service. So the next USB stick will be a Corsair again.
They have made a alteration so you can store your cap to the USB stick whilst being used. But I think some of the other models have a permanent chain attached. But look at it this way there is probably be very few memory sticks which can be dropped on the ground and driven over or immersed in water and still work. I think they will even stand boiling water for a short time.

Even I experienced the same thing and got the cap replaced. There is nothing to worry about.
