    750tx - p5q-e - 4850 cables/connector that might be needed?

    Hi,

Am buying and Antec 900, with asus P5Q-e and 2 hadds, 1 optical and an ati 4850. Will there be any extra connectors or adaptors that i might need for good cable management with a 750tx??

You'll have plenty of connectors for that system. Also, our PSU specifications are listed in the informational sticky links at the top of the PSU page.

    Thanks YellowBeard,

I would like to ask, why have the Hx series prices seeming jumped in the last few weeks?

Also: why 'YellowBeard' - where do the names come from? I've spoken to Redbeard over on the JG forums too, and I think the names are kinda cool and makes things easier for customers!

Here's the system and intended usage.

    Q6600 SCLAR 95w go stepping - overclocked to 3.5/.6
P5Q-E, overclocked as much as i can.
4GB PC8500 OCZ reaper ( these use a higher voltage when overclocked compared to much of the market, over clocked hard core).
    Samsung optical sata
    Coolermaster cpu cooler
    Antec 900 (about five fans)
    2 sata 2 HD's prob (WDAAAKS 640)
starting with a 4850 - overclocking this and then moving to adding a second 4850 overclocked.

Can I do this with a 650tx, as its the only crosair in my current budget, I only want to stretch if you say this absolutely will not do it in a stable manner.

    Thanks YellowBeard,

    Pablo of the Esco's !!!

The 650 will run that system well. And, our names online are pirate themed to fit our company theme.
