    TWIN2X4096-8500C5 into GA-MA790X-UD4P Compatible?

    Hi,

    Looking at putting TWIN2X4096-8500C5 into a GA-MA790X-UD4P.

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/4GB-(...S-5-5-5-15-EPP

    http://tw.giga-byte.com/Support/Moth...ProductID=3038

    Compatibility list is here: http://tw.giga-byte.com/FileList/Mem...a790x-ud4p.pdf

The two Corsair models it lists are:
    1GB CORSAIR CM2X1024-8500C5D
    2GB CORSAIR CM2X2048-8500C5D

    Will TWIN2X4096-8500C5 also work fine?

    Thanks.

Don't know if you have built the system yet mike but i can confirm the memory works fine, detects as 800hmz but once EPP is enabled it reads fine at 1066mhz with no stability issues.

Did you have to change any settings to get it to work?

    Thanks
