I'm verifying the voltage on this kit. I'll post it ASAP. You could also contact SCAN and ask them to look at the kit itself. The voltage is printed on the label on the heatspreader.

Thanks. i have contacted scan but i think it was to late and will get a response tomorrow, but i will probably check myself when they arrive tomorrow. If it isnt the correct volt than do you know if it is simple to return to scan if i only check the volt?

one last thing, if it isnt the right voltagewould this kit be a suitable replacement?

The second kit is in fact a Corei5/i7 kit.

    Hi Yellowbeard,

Did you manage to verify the voltage on this kit ?

I'm also looking to purchase this for a MSI P55 GD65 along with a i5 CPU, so would like confirmation of voltage before going ahead and purchasing.

    Thanks,

    Pav

TW3X4G1600C9D is a 1.8v part. I would not recommend it for P55 or X58 based motherboards.

Im using this ram (TW3X4G1600C9D) and a Gigabyte P55A-UD4P in a Intel i7-860 setup, does that mean because this ram is higher voltage in can damage my motherboard or anything else.

I have now realized that that this RAM(TW3X4G1600C9D) is listed in the "Dual Channel DDR3 Memory for AMD Phenom II processors" section of the corsair website and i am clearly using an Intel i7 Setup. Can i still use it or should i change?
