    Any chance in some movement with my case issue as the PM's don't seem to get through

    I was already in contact with one of our customer service regarding your ticket.. not sure why he hasn't taken action yet.

    I'll send him a direct email about this to let him know that this is already urgent.

    I sent a pm about the replacement case as that was damaged in shipping with the same loose front panel that seems to be a design defect.
