what sort of OC would we be talking?
They typically OC moderately well but, there is no guarantee. With loosened timings, I have seen users getting about 900-1000 on them in some cases.
not really sure how much, i'm a noob to overclocking, do i have to do anything to the RAM to OC a CPU?
cos thats what i want to do.
No, in general you don't. 800 MHz RAM will get you to 400 MHz FSB frequency, assuming you're running your divider at 1:1.
Why don't you read this.
