Do you still get the problems when you run everything at stock?

Have you tried moving your page file and/or checking your hard disk for errors?

Are any driver files listed with the blue screen?

Try running it at stock speed on the CPU and the RAM at 1600. It may be instability with your OC on the CPU cores that is causing the instability.

Ok i will try this, also if i take 1 mem stick out and leave 2 mem sticks in it works ok but my memory sticks are ok when i use memtest, only when i have all memsticks in (3x2 gb) that it gives me the above errors that i listed above...also i downloaded and installed bluescren viewer and looked at the dmp files...crash is always related to the NTOSKRNL.exe driver....i dont know how to fix this if i can fix it
    thanks

Re: Memtest ok but getting bluescreen relating to ram.

BSOD errors are horrible to trace. The two errors you have descibed don't have to be caused by a memory issue. They can also be caused by any random bit being flipped, and that bit could be flipped by anything, CPU, a drive, the RAM, part of the chipset etc...

Given that all your RAM works on its own, but not when you have all three sticks in, then my thoughts are either a fault on one of DIMM sockets (I don't know if you have tried the single sticks in different sockets), or maybe your PSU is not up to supplying enough power, or your overclock just isn't stable when the memory controller is running all three channels. (or any of hundreds of other things that I haven't thought of )
