16GB in dual channel or quad? I'd go for 2x 8gb kits (which are 2x4gb so basically 4x4gb) of their white vengeance ram. It's 1.35v so you can over clock. Kingston have some hyper X beast on sale on Amazon for like 50 quid at the moment too, and I think it's 2133 or 2400 (8gb of course)

What platform are you using it on: AMD AM3+, AMD FM2+, Intel s1150, Intel s2011? This makes a difference because each platform has slightly different requirements.
For example, AMD FM2 is only dual channel but gains can be achieved by using faster RAM (2000MHz+). Intel 2011 is quad channel however there is less to be gained from high speed and 1600Mhz will comfortably suffice.
