ok well i have set my mem timings now to 5-5-5-12 i just wanna know if i have 2 mess with this

bank cycle time (trc) ?? its at 23 clocks at the minute is that right or should it be set at somthing else?

Corsair typically recommends to leave that setting at defaults or AUTO. If you are stable you should not need to adjust that.
