for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Very impressive if true!
8 cores, so four modules? AMD just need to get the pricing right!
Dude on messenger is going to be in trouble if this is a real screenshot

If this is true then it is amazing!!
The wPrime scores are only 10% behind a Core i7 980X:
http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cpu...ridge-review/7
The SuperPi results are higher than that of a 4GHZ Core i7 2600K!!
It looks like the 95W FX8110 runs at 2.8GHZ accorss 8 cores and IIRC second generation Turbo Core will mean it will increase clockspeed across all 8 cores upto 500MHZ. It seems it will increase the clockspeed by 1GHZ in lightly threaded applications.
It seems the chaps mentioned in the screenshot are actual Gigabyte employees:
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...270041&page=30
There is also some debate about the number of active windows although someone tried something similar on their computer:

Still, i want some F@H results!

Gigabyte says it is a fake. OTH,it could be damage limitation from them too!

Great screens. Trying so hard not to just build a SB 2500k system.
Please be true benchies
You'd probably be better waiting even if you do want 2500k - you should get it a fair bit cheaper after the Bulldozer release.
The window placement can be done, but it looks to me like there are two recycle bins in that image? have just had a fiddle and can't seem to get that on my system.
Edit: silly me, why didn't I just right click and make a shortcut, for some reason I didn't think you could do that, still odd though, can't think why you would have 2 on your desktop?

well people always make fake pictures of stuff, whether it be cpu benchmarks or next year's football shirts.
Waste of time tbh, but I'm guessing it's fake. That "unlocked FX" thing doesn't look right to me.
p.s.
My thoughts on ivy bridge are that I don't' think it will make a great deal of difference on the desktop front. This is clearly of benefit to low power devices, even just by glancing at that graph you see the higher the voltage the less benefit. I don't think Intel would release Sandy bridge so shortly before ivy bridge if it was a massive change.
There are so many things to be taken in to account, the 22nm might have less room for overclocking affecting turbo bost etc.

Another leaked score:

Here is a Core i7 2600K for comparison:
http://3dmark.com/3dmv/2996472
The 3dmark result link has an overclocked 2600K (4,7Ghz) with OC'd 2x 560Ti, and the chinese site has a 3.8Ghz FX with a single 560ti.
How is that good for comparison?
not to mention that the MB showed in cpu-z is an MSI 870a-g54, shouldn't the CPU socket be black if it can take the new CPUs?
here's the product page for it:
