"CO" stands for Continuous Operation and this feature is brought by the dual ball bearing used in the fan, which reduces rotational friction, i.e. is significantly less sensitive to dust and high temperature and hence is up to 5 times more durable than a generic or modified bearings.
So, it's got a very slightly different fan...

I'm building new pc now asus p8z68 v pro gen 3 , i5 2500k, and i need 30£ cpu cooler. I'm thinking about Freezer 13 PRO CO, any other good options around 30£????????
You can pick up second hand H50s for ~30quid. Definitely a good option if you don't mind being a bit patient.

Yup, if you can mount an H50 I'd look for a secondhand one of them.
Either that or go for a Gelid Tranquillo.
