I know the Corsair H60 is popular and matches your budget nicely (£50 is a good price for it).

You may want to specify whether you want water cooling or air cooling, whether you mind noise and what your case is (helps with size limitations)!

Water cooling has been suggested already, so I'll suggest a few air cooling options. I recently bought myself the Thermalright Macho HR-02, but I was also interested in a quiet system with good cooling. Generally air cooling can be great in your budget, look at Noctua (NH-d14, although the top downs are also good), Phanteks or Thermalright (silver arrow) for an idea.
