requirements for overclocking of i7 3930k

Hi,

I'm planning to buy a new gaming system with Intel core i7 3630K and a midrange graphics card
Asus Rampage
3-4 HDDs
32GB RAM
Liquid cooling solution for overclocking

I've not finalized the specs yet as I need to know the minimum and recommended configuration to configure successful overclocking (to 4.6GHz).

Could any please guide me know the minimum/recommended config to achieve oveclocking without much problems?
