    Best Cooler for 3930k?

I'm building a new gaming rig. I'm considering closed loop water cooling for my CPU and wanted to hear your thoughts.

    My planned build for now:

    Case: NZXT Switch 810
Case Fans: 6 x NZXT FX-140LB (in addition to the 4 included with the case)
    Fan Controller: NZXT Sentry LX
    CPU: i7 3930k
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X60 (In top of case with push pull set up)
Mobo: ASUS Rampage IV Formula/BF3 Edition
    GPU: 2 x KFA2 GeForce GTX 680 4GB
PSU: PCPower Cooling Silencer MKII 950W
RAM: (Still undecided probably will get 16GB of DDR3 1600 (4 x 4GB) - Ripjaws, HyperX or Dominator Platinums...)
    OS: Windows 7 64bit OEM

    Thanks!

Also any idea when the Kraken X60 will ship in the UK? Has good reviews but seems to be on pre-order everywhere I look...

    Re: Best Cooler for 3930k?

Sorry here's a bit more detail on my requirements:

"I've been doing some research on building myself a super powerful gaming rig. Got about £2000 - £2500 to spend on it (preferably on the lower end of that) and want it to pull its weight for at least 4 years with no further upgrades needed. I'm using a single 23" 1920x1080 3D capable monitor but will potentially add 2 more in the near future. Not planning on doing any crazy overclocks at the moment but will likely dabble when the system starts to show its age."

I also work in video production so may need to run CS6 every once in a while.

    Cheers!

The corsair h100i is a good way to go if your looking for closed loop. There are a few air coolers that give similar results. If you can have a look around at comparisons & pick a selection that your interesting in. Then come back for final advice on your selection - you'll get more responses that way.

    Re: Best Cooler for 3930k?

Thanks flearider. I have been looking into a custom water cooling set up but it's something I know very little about at the moment. I was going to try out a closed loop on the CPU for now and air cool the rest. Certainly interested in a custom build though. When I feel a little bit more confident about what I'm doing I'll probably set one up.

One thing I considered for the future was keeping the closed loop for the CPU (think I'll stick with the Kraken X60) and move it to the bottom of the case. I'll then install a larger rad (360 or 420) in the top for the GPU and rest of the system. Though as I said not a clue what I'm doing in that respect so will no doubt change my mind when I eventually look into it more!
