AMD A4-5300 retail or oem & new cooler

Hi i am looking to order the above and wondered what your opinions are of the cooler it will be used as a home server so no o\c.

So go for the retail and keep the cooler or go oem and add a cooler

I used to buy OEM due to the price difference, but nowadays the price difference is very small I tend to buy retail for the extra warranty.

Not sure how the current coolers are, but you could always try it and change it afterwards.
