    Maxmum tempature for fx 6300

    What is the safest temperature to run a fx 6300 at?

    The FX 6100 max temp is 70 deg C so 6300 should be able to go up tot that I would think.

    But why the worry, will cut out itself if temp reaches dangerously high levels

    Yeah around 63c, however I would try and keep it lower than this for 24/7 use

    Mine is overclocked and it runs at about 54 whilist on heavy load with a h60.
    I would not go any higher than about 60 or 65
