I am think of getting the Asus GTX760 mini but was wondering if my CPU will bottleneck with this card.
Current CPU is a Intel G630.

Depends what you're planning on doing with the new GPU
But generally speaking, yes, it will. The G630 is a pretty low end CPU, and the GTX 760 is a mid to high end graphics card. If you're not playing any very recent games then it won't make much difference, but the GTX760 is probably also overkill in that case. What games were you planning to play?

I had an ATI 5770 but this struggle with COD Ghost, so the main reason for upgrade to to be able to play this on high and to cover me for any new games.
It seems to use upto 4 cores:

It might be worth getting a Core i3 or Core i5 TBH.

i5 are still expensive so might consider moving back to an AM3 setup
A SB or IB core i3 or i5 should work with your motherboard. Amazon has the Core i3 3220 for 68 quid.
An i3 would be a decent upgrade for newer games, which are better at using more cores/threads - it might be worth getting an i3 and a Radeon R9 270 or GTX 660 instead - would cost the same as a GTX 760 but give you a more balanced build overall. I'm guessing your 24" Benq is a 1080p monitor anyway, so either of those cards should be good enough.

I would probably try and source a Core i5 if you can spare more funds, but a IB Core i3 would be a decent boost. Sometimes the Novatech refurb store on Ebay can do Core i5 CPUs for around £100ish pounds but they sell out quickly.
