I have got a h105 and installed it on my 4670k running at stock speeds and I get 25C at idle and 50C when playing bf4 after an hour or so I have put two sp120 quiet editions on it and have them running at full speed at the moment is it me or these temps seem pretty high I noticed some of the fins aren't very uniform on the radiator but I imagine that you would normally get a few that aren't uniform but I haven't used a watercooler before any advice would help.

That sounds about right to me, given that haswell has absolutely shoddy thermal paste sat between the die and the heat spreader. I delidded my i7-4770k on my hackintosh, repasted using coollaboratory liquid ultra and temps dropped by around 13-15deg under an h100i under load. People have reported up to 18deg improvement after delidding, but obviously its a risky procedure.
Your temps sound fine to me though

I mean the temps are high for a h105 I know they aren't high temps but I just noticed on HWMonitor my cpu appears to be running at 1.216v which I'm sure is higher then stock.
It might be that your motherboard is set to auto voltage in which case it will adapt based on load although it will probably increase more than necessary.
The stock voltage for my 4770k is 1.008 so I'd assume your 4670k should be similar.
I have a H105 with QE fans on my 4770k and I'm just going through the process of overclocking. Small increases in fixed voltage, stress testing and logging results each step of the way. On my CPU 1.216 would be sufficient for 4.4ghz and would result in temps around 85 deg (I'm using Linpack with AVX for testing so my temps are higher than normal).
Your temps are perfectly safe but you might find they can be reduced by using a fixed voltage. I'd try about 1.1v.
Edit: If you choose to change from full speed to PWM you might need to alter the fan profile in the bios. The QE's run at about half the speed to the stock fans. I've just found this to be the cause of my high temps with modest overclocking.

Turned off turbo boost now the voltage has dropped to 1.06V and temps have dropped by 10C at load
Turning off turbo boost would limit you to 3.4ghz.
25C at idle is probably close to ambient temp and 50C on load was perfectly safe, especially if you have the heat of a graphics card in the case as well.
I'd only worry if you approach 80C or more than 1.3v.
