If you don't plan on overclocking then it's just fine and it will be for a long time, the i5 2500k is still running strong as an example.

Any of the previous generation K models are fine. Especially if you overclock them (hence your reason to buy K model CPU ). I would choose IB over SB but whatever you desire. Second hand chips save you a great deal of money (usually within the range of saving for a advanced cooler solution to allow reasonable overclocking for the same price as a new 'non-OC' CPU).
This is a CPU slot, Samsung Galaxy Tab E case should be continued or not like, but you can fight many missing i5 hyperthreading. casesam
