    i think that getting the older models might be better here, 4790k is still a beast, overclock that sucker and save some pennies,

    I wish they would be impacted sooner. I really want an 4790k, I thought about upgrading to the 6600k, but I'm not convinced.

    The demand for Skylake CPU's are very high at the moment and the increased price reflects it.
