Time to "refresh" one self
So - I travel a lot, infact since the start of December I've spent 3 weeks in Asia - a week and a half at home - and then a week and a half in Vegas. Out all night either meals, or bars - and up early. My body has taken a major hammering. My next travel is CeBIT in March - and between now and then I've made a decision to do the following:
- No Alcohol
- No Take Away
- No Fast Food
- No Desserts
- No Fizzy Drinks
Note - I haven't said I can't eat out - but the above has to be conformed with :)
For 8 weeks!
The aim - to make myself feel better, as well as lose some weight :)
Thing is - When I normally get back from a trip - it will be a take out curry or chinese, and a few pints then bed. This time, well it was different :) Gave me a chance and an excuse to cook :D
Note - this isn't a diet, its a cleansing :)
