Any 30" 2560x1600 monitors with DisplayPort inputs?
Unbelievably, all the monitors I've looked at (Apple, HP, Dell, Gateway) only have DVI-D inputs.
However, I'd like to know if there are any panels out there that have DisplayPort inputs as well.
Need this because I don't want to have an expensive (£100) active DisplayPort to DVI converter.

The Dell 3008wfp has DisplayPort.
Out of interest though, what are you using that only has a DisplayPort output?

Thanks.
It would be an nVidia NVS295. It's a professional passive low-profile GPU offering dual screen. There's also the quad DisplayPort card which is nice (but pricey).

The 2008Wfp screens do indeed have a display port.
However, if you are trying to keep the costs down, you can buy some Dell 3007wfp screens very cheap now. This would be cheaper, even with the £80 extra for the active display port.

Puzzling, since Dell only have one 30" LCD monitor, the 3008WFP and it definitely has a DisplayPort. I have one and it's using the DisplayPort right now. Works fine, despite an old post of mine that suggests it may not be (was a graphics card problem in the end).
