U2412m Query or surround options

Ive been reading around in some of the threads and have seen multiple posts from owners saying that they cannot see any ghosting and have no issue even with fps'/gaming with this monitor. Which is what I like to read as Im considering buying one for my build, however does anyone have any experience with said monitor in a nvidia surround setup? Since I commonly use two monitors so, I may in a couple months down the line pick up a third.
And if so, what monitor would you reccomend with the emphasis of running in a triple monitor setup. Looking ideally around the 24" screen and same sort of price region of the u2412m.
