    My Samsung LE40R73BDX/XEU TV from around late 2006 has a refresh rate of 8 ms and i never noticed any ghosting when using my xBox in HD. http://www.directtvs.co.uk/Samsung_L..._A/version.asp

    Really hard to tell on a white label monitor like that. The contrast ratio isn't great, but it has a good response time. I'd probably stay with a brand.

    Thanks for the reply guys, I suspected staying with a brand is best but at the time of me posting that link the monitor was £89.99 inc VAT so at that price I just has to ask.
