Possible a Rather Odd Question... Using PC Monitor for Retro Computing
I'm an avid Amiga fan and would love to be able to connect my old A500+ to my monitor.
Has anyone out there done something similar? I've not been able to find a specific adpater to convert the amiga to run over HDMI sadly.
Cheers! :)

I imagine the A500+ has an analogue RCA style video output on it? If so, you'll find it hard to connect to a modern PC monitor. A TV would be your best bet - or just get ROMs and an Amiga emulator for your PC instead?

Yeah it's got a funky output with about 25pins into which a TV modulator goes and then an old RCA style cable from that modulator out to the TV.
Maybe emulation is the way to go, just doesn't feel the same though! :) Thanks for the reply!

You could try finding an old TV tuner card (probably pennies on eBay these days, doesn't have to be digital).
I think your greatest enemy there would be getting drivers for Win7+
