    iiyama prolite b2783qsu

    right I have this monitor for a week now and no drivers installed(just generic pnp) and none to be found anywhere could anyone help please.

    cos it says generic pnp and ive always had drivers for other monitors plus this wont wake from sleep every time and sometimes wakes with different resolution

    That suggests a problem with your graphics card drivers rather than the monitor. A .inf file will tell windows what the capabilities are but that's only an issue if they're different from what you can select within windows.
