Any 27" - 29" Monitor Suggestions?

Greetings,

I currently own a (24") LG 24M77 monitor which is still very pleasant and has been a great purchase:
... as recommended by TomsHS in March '15.
I have been particularly pleased with the vibrant colours (unlike my previous TN panel) and the higher refresh rate.

I am on the cusp of purchasing a new PC (GTX 1070 GPU) system and was inclined to think that this would be a good juncture to have a larger monitor. Unfortunately, the budget (<£499) will not (AFAIK) stretch to a G-Sync enhanced one.

I would appreciate any and all suggestions.

It uses a VA panel but it is curved and is only 1080p. OTH,it does seem to have some eye tracking technology:

Someone on OCUK was selling one, as he'd just gotten a massive 40" curved widescreen thing.
