    New None Gaming Monitor Needed

Hi in the market for a new none gaming monitor for my Hackintosh. Budget is about £300, size between 24-27".

HAve been looking at the U2518D (but not for the faux HDR rubbish):

Can anyone recommend anything better please or tell me why I shouldn't get it.

THis referb is also a possibilty but not sure what the difference is to the one above:

    Cheers

I have the UP2516D and its an excellent monitor,HOWEVER,some people did report issues with uniformity so YMMV and its wide gamut.. Mine came with a calibation report.

The U2518D looks pretty decent too,but apparently lacks aRGB support which I find weird especially if it is HDR:

Re: New None Gaming Monitor Needed

The U2518D is not true HDR and it's a very poor implementation as the review you linked to highlighted. I'd mainly be getting it for the 25"WQHD screen size which would work well with my setup. It's either that or get another U2415 16:10 monitor but then I'd miss out on the WQHD aspect. There are some 27" bargain looking monitors on Dells site but I think they'd either be too big or pretty poor image quality.
