Quad 24" monitors - 4K or 1440p?
Read a few recent threads about scaling and seems like things are okay. Though would I be mad to run 24" 4K monitors at 100% if I wanted? I use my 13" late-2013 Macbook Pro at full res which, although it's closer to me, is a much higher PPI and I tend to like small UI elements.
So for 4K monitors there's pretty much only three options available at the moment: LG 24UD58, Dell P2415Q and the cheap wildcard ElectriQ 24 4K. While the biggest issue I have with any of these is the massive bezels, I'm kinda tempoted to give the ElectriQ 24 4K a shot at only £140 each.
The alternative is you lot talking me into only needing 1440p. I will be running off a Threadripper 1950X and Sapphire Radeon RX 570 Pulse 8GB - should I have any issues running four 4K screens just on web browsing etc. from that set up?
If I do drop down to 1440 screens, I'd be looking at the Dell P2418D and Acer Nitro VG240YU as they are well reviewed, have thin bezels and have VESA mounts.
Any other thoughts/advice?

Strange requirements aside, make sure you get something that had DisplayPort connectivity, I guess.
You could get DP>HDMI converters but try and keep things simple would be my advice.

Strange in what way?
And what are the benefits of DP? I thought you can't daisychain at 4K res.

I would always say go with the multiple lower resolution monitors as that way you can always split them up for alternative usage. I've got three and work with one on FPS games but multiple for editing work!
